Our policy ensures a safe, respectful environment for our program’s children and vulnerable individuals. We uphold zero tolerance for abuse, harassment or exploitation.  Volunteers must follow a strict code of conduct, maintain confidentiality, and avoid unsupervised interaction with children unless authorized. Any concerns or suspicions of misconduct must be reported immediately to the safeguarding officer for prompt action. Volunteers receive training on safeguarding practices, recognizing abuse signs, reporting procedures, and maintaining professional boundaries. This policy fosters a secure, inclusive space, protecting both participants and volunteers.
